To register your child, please download and complete both sides of the registration form and submit it via email to whiteoakchildrensacademy@gmail.com. We will send you an invoice for the $95 non-refundable registration fee once your form is received.

Summer camp registration for 2026 is now open. We offer thematic weekly camps for children ages 3.5–6 throughout June and July, as well as our popular Kinder Bootcamp (June 29 – July 9, Mon–Thu 9:00 AM–2:00 PM) for kindergarten-bound students.
